When I was young & had trouble sleeping, my mom would give me a concoction of hot milk, a cinnamon stick, and sugar.


I never understood why it worked but it never failed! Between the warmth and pleasant taste, I knocked out immediately.


As an adult, I have learned that it was due to linalool in the cinnamon!


Today’s Snippet is about linalool, a terpene found in many plants that have sedative properties, among other amazing health benefits.

Greetings, everyone!


Today’s educational snippet is about Endocannabinoid System Deficiency.


The Endocannabinoid System is the least talked about human system by doctors, yet it’s the most important (in my opinion).


This system keeps all the other systems in homeostasis and ensure they all work together harmoniously.


When it’s not able to do its work, health issues arise (as listed on the post).


Only 4% of universities teach about the Endocannabinoid System, and this is why our work as Cannabis Wellness Coaches is so important.


We are trained specifically on this system. We can help navigate people through health issues by incorporating whole plant medicine into their wellness routine.
