RETURN POLICY

Returns may be processed of qualified, unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days from the date the order was placed.

RETURN PROCESSING: 

Please e-mail green.annalist@gmail.com to return a product and to submit a  return merchandise authorization (RMA) request.

Photos will need to be provided if the item is received damaged before issuing the RMA.
