The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to us for undamaged returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


If the customer receives a damaged item, the issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt to receive a replacement of the same item. If a damaged item is returned and shows signs of physical damage (i.e. item dropped) and it’s determined to be the damage cause, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied.


The customer may expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted items. To process the expedited exchange, place the new order and e-mail the new invoice number to


The new order will be at the customer's expense and once the unwanted item(s) have been returned, the customer will receive their refund in a timely manner.
